Sir,
I have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled:- An Ordinance to provide for payment of Counsel's Fees by the losing party in certain cases in which the Attorney General appears as Counsel, No.24 of 1908.
2. The customary Report by the Attorney General is annexed.
This enactment was passed in consequence of the instructions contained in paragraph 2 of your despatch No.874 of the 18th of October last.
